Because ECLECT releases products in limited quantities, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

-Incorrect sizing

-Change of mind

-Preference or fit expectations

Please review product photos, sizing information, and fit notes carefully before ordering.

Exceptions

We will gladly assist if:

-You received the wrong item

-Your item arrived damaged or defective

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

-Your order number

-Clear photos showing the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
